What is EMS training?

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) – Training is a type of training that uses a suit that you wear on your body. The suit stimulates your muscles through impulses. This muscle stimulation speeds up your workout and improves your body-toning results.

EMS training is a great way to improve your overall fitness, tone your body and strengthen your muscles in less time than regular training.

How does EMS training work?

The EMS device sends small electrical impulses to the muscles via the suit and targets all superficial and deeper muscles for an effective training.
